Villa on the hill

Rumagin Villa is a privately-owned 3-bedroom villa located on the hilltop at Pleasant Prospect and offering views over the Caribbean Sea and Buccoo Reef. The house has a large swimming pool and is surrounded by comfortable poolside furnishings. The wrap around verandah at first floor level enables outdoor living and eating. There is a propane BBQ on the ground floor verandah. Inside there are refrigerators on both floors, so you can keep your drinks cool and readily available.

There is a  bird sanctuary nearby which means there is plenty of bird life to be seen and there is a gate through to small garden next door with a gazebo where you can sit out in the shade.

Stonehaven Bay  is less than ten minutes walk down the hill where there is safe bathing and the Waves Beach Bar where you can grab yourself some food and drink.

Closer to the villa is the Fish Pot restaurant where you can eat freshly caught fish for lunch or dinner.
